Cancellation Policy

Bookings close 30 minutes before the session starts. Bounce Dogs Booking Policy Gate Code for Entry/Exit: C6789X Contact: 07986 786221 1. Bounce must be alerted of behavioural problems of pets at time of booking-failure to do so may result in cancellation of future bookings. 2. The full booking fee will be charged unless cancellation is made at least 24hrs in advance. A cancellation admin fee of £0.50 will be charged if cancelling bookings anytime. (You can reschedule bookings FOC on our website or by contacting us). 3. If you leave the facility early you are not entitled to a refund. 4. The balance should be paid in full when booking on the Bounce Dogs Online Booking System. 5. Please enter the premises only during your booked slot. 6. All Clients MUST clean up after their dogs – anyone not doing so will be banned from using the facilities. (Poo Bags and Bins are provided) 7. DO NOT leave the Secure Field area without your Dog on a lead. 8. Close ALL gates behind you. 9. If any equipment is damaged please report to Bounce Dogs immediately. 10. DO NOT enter the secure field if it is occupied - Bounce Dogs should be notified immediately. 12. All dogs are to be exercised only in the fully secure field at Bounce and should be supervised by their owner/handler at all times. 14. Dogs must have a suitable collar or harness and wear ID tags with owner’s details, as this is a legal requirement. 15. Anyone using the equipment at Bounce does so at their own risk. 16. The client is responsible for any vet bills, no matter how incurred, whilst pets are using the Bounce facilities. 17. If your dog injures another dog or person at Bounce you will be liable for any vet bills/costs incurred by Bounce or the owner of the injured dog. 18. Although Bounce holds Public Liability insurance, the client should insure their own pets. 19. All clients will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions on booking the facility. 20. Unfortunately we are unable to accept banned breeds. 21. Re the GDPR law of 25th May 2018, Bounce needs your consent to hold information specific to you on file. Examples of the information we hold would be names, postal address(es), e-mail address(es) and phone number(s). Your details will not be released to any third parties (other than those required for legal compliance), your consent is required only for the use of Bounce. By signing the registration form you give consent for personal info to be held by us.
